Skinny Puppy @ the observatory
I won't lie, when it comes to music, I'm usually a day late(or twenty years in this case). But, I always manage to find the door, if you will. Skinny Puppy is scheduled for another Los Angeles show in a few months. Bet, that I'll be there early.
Nor will I deny the fact, there are times when I get a bit filter happy.

Chet Zar @Copro Gallery 10/26/2013
If this exhibit didn't create existential reverberations inside your skull, I'd just assume you're dead inside. Did I mention, I participated in a ritual sacrifice that night... You're welcome Mr. Zar, thank you.

I've been following this group over a few years now. Call me easy, but anyone that insists on lighting a stage with nothing but a strobe light has my vote. Even with that said, I could do little to explain how great this group really is. A wall of sound not to be overlooked in any sense. A few images from my own epileptic mesmerization.
Now stick a pencil in your mouth and go, go and find them

New work in progress. Two reasons why I keep coming back to painting.

Here I go again. Another moon phase has been completed. A new series is complete. Devoted to magick, and ritual the work represents personal rebirth and rediscovery of self and potential. Call it a study, an experiment, a devotional/binding spell used in order to the bridge the gaps between art and magick, as well was art and life. Beginning with this year's first full lunar cycle, I began this project. It's consisted of a variety of elements, and shown here is a sample of photographic images and one video loop that I created before the end of the lunar cycle.
